A peat bog nature reserve located in the commune of Sieraków, Międzyrzecki poviat. It was created in 1967 to protect the transitional peat bog and swamp and peat bog community. It covers the southern part of the overgrowing lake in a narrow gutter cut between the dunes, valuable swamp plants grow here, among others a large number of species of mosses. There are also 178 species of vascular plants. The lake overgrowing now used to be called Mniszy, because its owners were Bernardines from Sieraków.
