The Rogalowe Poznań Museum is located in the very center of the city in the Old Market Square, in a beautiful Renaissance tenement house with a view of the Town Hall and the goats on the Town Hall tower. The museum invites you to shows about the secrets and craftsmanship of baking Rogal Świętomarciński together with elements of the dialect and history of Poznań. During the presentation, tasting of traditional croissant pastries is already 150 years old. Crescent show hours: 9:00, 10: 00.12: 30, 13:45, 15:00, other hours available for groups upon prior reservation. For groups it is also possible to have shows at other times, eg in the evening. Croissant-goat show time: 11: 10. Monday: closed
