25.05.2015 In terms of tourism, northern Greater Poland is constantly growing. My family Trzcianka is developing. It is all the more pleasing, because not only its inhabitants can benefit from this development, but also people who actively tourism. Trzcianka - a city in the Czarnkowsko-Trzcianecki poviat - was once famous for its excellent tourist infrastructure. Campsites and hotels were located on its territory, right on the shores of the Sarcz and Logo lakes. Unfortunately, during the system transformation, most of this base fell into ruin and oblivion. But there is hope! Modern and interesting walking and cycling paths are being created thanks to European Union funds, and the old tourist facilities are being modernized. A few months ago a bicycle route was opened on the shores of Lake Sarcz. It wouldn't be surprising if it wasn't for the fact that huge and well-mapped fish models were created along its route - forming the first Freshwater Fish Park in the country. Many tourists traveling from the southwestern part of our country heading towards the vicinity of Kołobrzeg go down in Oborniki Wlkp. From national road No. 11 to road No. 178 heading for Wałcz. After about an hour's drive, you can make a stop in Trzcianka on one of the two car parks, right on the shores of beautiful Sarcz and enjoy the park accessible to all ... We will find here models of Suma, Sturgeon, Szczupak, Karasia, Trout and several other fish. They are all perfectly reproduced. We can learn about the fish itself and the entire life cycle of it from numerous information boards. An additional advantage is that the entire path winds its way through an attractive forest area right on the shores of the lake. The route is illuminated at night. The area is of course monitored and safe! photo: Marta Bajraszewska Nothing stands in the way of people practicing an increasingly popular form of tourism in our country - caravanning - stop here for a night and rest. An illuminated shed is prepared for this purpose, with a special place for a bonfire, from which we can admire the sailboats of the local Scout Aquatic Center. The construction of a modern building for fitness is now underway. Tennis lovers will also find something for themselves. However, Trzcianka is not only a Freshwater Fish Park. It is also, or perhaps above all, lakes surrounded by forests and a navigable channel that connected them. A few years ago, the Trzecian waters were opened for motorboat traffic, thanks to which their banks became an attraction for motorboat tourism enthusiasts. New slips and platforms were built for this purpose, and the old tourist equipment rental building was modernized, replacing it with the modern seat of WOPR and the local kayak and fishing club. Money from EU funds was squeezed there so there is no problem to rent a kayak or a pedalo there soon. From Lake Sarcz, you can take a canal to Lake Logo and moor there at the small marina, right next to "Bar nad Logo" where you can taste the well-known smoked fish Mr. Zbyszek. There is no problem to stay there for longer, for example, under a tent or camper, or simply spread the blanket and sunbathe on the beach while relaxing. From there, you can start your journey and follow a not busy road to the next Straduński Lake, on whose shore are two villages - Stradun and Smolarnia. More demanding customers can reserve more time and visit the Smolarnia nature trail "Nad Bukówka", whose path winds along forest paths and bridges just over the Bukówka River. The area belongs to one of the forest districts. Those who would like to stay in Trzcianka for longer will not necessarily under a tent find accommodation in a modern hotel, guest houses and many nearby agritourism farms. As you can see in Trzcianka, you can stop passing but stay for a long time because you will find many more attractions here! It should be added that everyone will find a helping hand here among the members of the newly established Association PCT Base, which brought together caravans and motorboats as well as other tourism supporters from the area of ​​the Czarnkowsko-Trzcianecki District.
