Go to map

The park was created in 1977 to protect centuries-old trees. They grow in the Warta valley and some reach gigantic proportions. There is the largest concentration of oaks here. The biggest, the best known and the oldest oaks are: 'Rus', 'Czech', 'Lech' and 'Edward'. Every now and then, specialists count how many healthy oaks there are. Recently it has been counted that there are 1435 of them here, of which over 800 are monuments of nature. The park has no spectacular views, but is a great place for environmentalists and nature lovers.
